Shipping and Delivery

Oia Naturals ships and delivers its products to almost all parts of India. All pre-paid orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days of the payment received. It is ensured that products with maximum expiry dates are shipped.

We ship on all days except Sunday and other recognized holidays.

Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned to our warehouse. We recommend that you provide the complete address along with a mobile number in the delivery address to ensure a faster delivery.

Shipping Rates and Times

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be approximately 5-7 business days once we have processed the shipping. Business days exclude Sunday and other holidays.

For other areas that are not serviceable by the courier companies, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service. The transit and delivery of the consignment may take approximately 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Since Indian Postal Service does not ship any liquids, we request you to keep this in mind while placing the order.

Hidden Charges

In some cities you may need to pay an octroi charge that will be paid directly to the courier person. This amount is an additional cost that you will need to incur post the payment.

Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to our users.

For products that have been incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, and/or have defects, simply mail us at [email protected] to initiate the returns process.

Do not ship any product back to us without getting a confirmation for refund or exchange from us.

We will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our confirmation for an exchange.


We will exchange a product only if we have sent you a completely different product from the one that you ordered. For an exchange, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, stating the reason for exchange. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible. Please share your order number/invoice number in the email.

A product can be exchanged only if it is returned unused and intact (in saleable condition).

If you are returning, the product should be unused, with all original labels intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice.

We do not allow returns in the following instances:

Used products/merchandise

Seals that have been broken


For goods that you have purchased during an online discount, the refund will be through a Coupon Code worth the amount paid for the product. For goods bought on MRP, refunds will be carried out according to the payment mode that was used. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

If the payment mode was Cheque, DD or COD we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Our refunds are processed in 15 working days, but in cases where we need to make payments by Cheque, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once the cheque is deposited.

Refund of return shipping charges (Charges that are borne by the user for sending the products to us) will be limited to Rs.100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower. The refund for shipping charges will be in the form of Gift voucher.

*We reserve the right to pay you back by means of an online voucher or by cheque in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped will not be cancelled.

Cancellations by Oia Naturals

Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled can include:

Limitations on quantities available for purchase

Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information

Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting and processing any order. Our customer care will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if we require additional information to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card has already been charged, then the charged amount will be reversed to your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
